The 2011 housing project features four tower-like buildings with vibrant facades.

This housing project started in 2007 when Helsinki Housing Production Department ATT organized an invited architectural competition on an empty plot in the Hermanni district. The winning entry by B&M Architects consists of four buildings divided from the third floor upwards in two tower-like forms. This solution creates more views for the apartments. It also gives varying scale to the urban structure. The rust-orange and yellow coloured facades bring vividness to the environment.

The whole project comprises 98 apartments with 77 square-meter average size. In each house, there is a sauna and a roof terrace on top of the western tower. All apartments have recessed balconies as an integrated part of the interior. Natural light streams in through full-height glass walls.

The construction was completed in 2011 and the next year the project was awarded an honorary mention in the Europahouse Award competition.
