Alppila Industry House (Alppilan Tehdastalo) was built in 1960–1961 for small-scale industry. The seven-storey office building has a two-storey underground garage. The building has a concrete frame, and the building mass is arranged in the form of a letter T.

The focal feature of the office building is the strip windows. The primary façade material is sand-lime brick.
