Mona Margherita Schalin (born January 28, 1954, in Helsinki) is a Finnish architect and Academician of Arts. Schalin studied architecture at the Helsinki University of Technology and graduated in 1987. She is one of the partners in Kati Salonen and Mona Schalin Architects, which was founded in 2003.

Schalin specialises in the design of demanding renovation projects and issues related to the preservation of the built environment.
